Frequently asked questions

You may be eligible if you are under 65, an Australian citizen or permanent resident, and have a permanent disability that significantly affects your daily life. Visit ndis.gov.au or contact us and we'll help guide you through the process.
Absolutely. We work with you to find the right match based on shared interests, personality, skills, and availability. You can request a change at any time — no questions asked.
Home Care Packages (Levels 1–4) are government-subsidised for older Australians. You need to be assessed through My Aged Care to receive a package. We can help you register and navigate the process from start to finish.
All our support workers undergo thorough checks including NDIS Worker Screening, reference checks, and mandatory training in manual handling, safeguarding, and our policies and procedures.
Yes — switching providers is your right. We'll help make the transition as smooth as possible, including liaising with your previous provider. There's no lock-in, and we'll never pressure you to stay.
