About this support

Getting from A to B can be a significant barrier for many NDIS participants. Our transport and travel support helps you stay connected — attending medical appointments, social activities, education, and work — with the assistance you need to travel safely and confidently.

We provide accompanied travel support and can also help you build your own skills and confidence in using public transport independently over time.

What's included

  • Travel to medical, therapy, and specialist appointments
  • Transport to community activities and social events
  • Travel to and from employment or study
  • Public transport training and accompanied travel
  • Shopping, errands, and daily task travel
  • Airport and inter-suburb travel support

Building travel independence

Where your goals include travelling more independently, we work with you to build the skills and confidence to use public transport, plan routes, and manage travel situations — step by step, at your pace.
